Keven Stirdivant is the President and Founder of KASE Real Estate, a team of 23 highly motivated agents who are based out of Keller Williams in Southern California. Keven and the KASE team have sold over $1 Billion in Real Estate and are ranked in The Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 Teams in the nation.

Keven has negotiated record-breaking sales in seven different cities along the coast for the highest price per square foot. In addition to real estate sales, Keven has a passion for coaching entrepreneurs and fellow agents through his internationally recognized iTunes podcast Project Mindset.

1999

Began sales career at the Mike Ferry Organization. North Americas Premiere Real Estate Coaching Co.

2002

Become #1 salesperson at MFO. Generating over $3Mil in Sales - 20 Years old.

2003

Started working under top Producer Venny Saucedo Century 21 All Stars. Started mentorship with Robert & Litta Lee Gilbert. Top 1% team with Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills.

2004

Passed real estate exam and became a licensed Realtor.
Began working with Derek Oie,
launching Century 21 The OIE Group. Over 135 Homes in first 3 years.

2006

Became Real Estate Coach and helped launch Academy of Influence with Matthew Ferry.

2017

Created first KASE satellite office in Irvine, CA.
$193m Sold and Wall Street Journal Top 100 List.
Launched PM Podcast

2012

Developed the vision and launched KASE Real Estate.

2013

Became #1 agent in Keller Williams Newport Beach. Began learning “Group” Structure and expanded to Keller Williams Pacific Estates, #1 KW office in Southern California.

2014

Developed “KASE Real Estate” Group in the Summer and finished #3 with $47m Sold.

2015

First full year as “KASE Real Estate” Group. 12 Agents.
$104M Sold. Finished #1 in Southern California.
Achieved Wall Street Journal Top 250 list.
Became keynote speaker at KW’s MegaCamp, over 10,000 audience.

2016

$189M sold and achieved Wall Street Journal Top 100 list.
Expanded KASE to Beverly Hills and Downtown Los Angeles.

2017

Created first KASE satellite office in Irvine, CA.
$193m Sold and Wall Street Journal Top 100 List.
Launched PM Podcast

2018

Opened KASE Real Estate in Costa Mesa.

2019
